more about nerissa
Persaud excels from an ever-sensing nature to innovate, solve, repeat and punch above her weight. These values have made her successful when combined with bold risk taking, pushing the limits, and challenging how we ordinarily think to improve how we live and work. Her strategic approach examines how organisations speak, think and operate in order to identify where gaps might exist, why they exist, and how it affects the way we handle stress, manage things, lead teams and respond to situations around us.

Working Together
"Nerissa is one of the best executives I had the pleasure to work with during my career. She is able to digest very complex criteria from very demanding client and group them into measured and manageable steps to fill the required position, her quick thinking and her immense respect in her field of consultancy and understanding the clients mission made her the greatest sounding board a demanding client could wish for. I have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend this truly professional to clients who are looking for the right talent."

I have known Nerissa since 2008. We started as acquaintance as we were both Executive Assistants of two luxury resorts in Maldives. Nerissa has a sincere heart in helping out people find their dream job, I was one of them. She will not just help you find one, but will help you go through the entire process - she'll give you pointers and guidance. She exudes with positivity and she will make you feel that she is there to help you all through out. She paved the way for me to be a part of one of the best employers in the world - Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
I had the opportunity to review the business plan of and career opportunities with the organization so well run by Nerissa. Through all of our communications, verbal and written, I recognized her proficiency and passion for excellence. It is clear to me why Nerissa is at the top in her field.
